1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Enforcer Labs products and services. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access, license revocation, and legal action.
2. General Acceptable Use
Users of Enforcer Labs products and services shall:
(a) Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
(b) Use the Services in accordance with all applicable terms, licenses, and agreements;
(c) Protect account credentials and prevent unauthorized access;
(d) Report security vulnerabilities or suspected unauthorized access to legal@enforcer-cca.com;
(e) Respect the intellectual property rights of Enforcer Labs and third parties.
3. Prohibited Uses — General
Users shall NOT:
(a) Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
(b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data;
(c) Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code through or to the Services;
(d) Engage in denial-of-service attacks or activities that disrupt the availability of the Services;
(e) Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Services without authorization;
(f) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity;
(g) Use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party;
(h) Use the Services to transmit unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
(i) Use the Services to circumvent legal or regulatory requirements.
4. Prohibited Uses — Enforcer Marketing
Users of the Enforcer Marketing website shall NOT:
(a) Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through contact forms or subscription forms;
(b) Use automated bots to submit forms, scrape content, or generate artificial traffic;
(c) Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the website or its hosting infrastructure;
(d) Reproduce, redistribute, or republish website content without written permission.
5. Prohibited Uses — Enforcer Dashboard
Customers and Authorized Users of Enforcer Dashboard shall NOT:
(a) Use the Software to perform unauthorized scanning, testing, or probing of third-party systems;
(b) Use the Software's automation or remediation capabilities to intentionally disrupt, damage, or degrade infrastructure;
(c) Configure the Software to execute remediation actions without appropriate approval workflows and human oversight;
(d) Use the Software to process data that Customer is not authorized to process;
(e) Share, distribute, or expose the Software's internal APIs, credentials, or security mechanisms to unauthorized parties;
(f) Use the Software to circumvent security controls, access controls, or compliance requirements;
(g) Deploy the Software on infrastructure that Customer does not own or is not authorized to manage;
(h) Modify the Software to disable audit logging, access controls, or security features;
(i) Use the Software to generate fraudulent compliance reports or audit evidence;
(j) Integrate the Software with systems or services in a manner that violates applicable export control laws.
6. Security Requirements — Enforcer Dashboard
Customers deploying Enforcer Dashboard must:
(a) Deploy the Software within a secured network environment with appropriate access controls;
(b) Implement authentication and authorization for all users accessing the Software;
(c) Maintain audit logs for Software access and actions;
(d) Promptly apply security patches and updates provided by Enforcer Labs;
(e) Report any security incidents involving the Software to Enforcer Labs within 72 hours.
7. Enforcement
7.1 Monitoring
For Enforcer Marketing: Enforcer Labs may monitor website usage to detect violations of this AUP.
For Enforcer Dashboard: Enforcer Labs does not monitor Customer's use of the self-hosted Software. Compliance with this AUP is Customer's responsibility.
7.2 Consequences
Violation of this AUP may result in:
(a) Immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services;
(b) Revocation of software licenses;
(c) Legal action, including claims for damages;
(d) Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
